Postpartum Doula

Daytime support from $50 an hour
Night support from $55 an hour 

Services Provided: 

- Complementary introductory meeting 
- One prenatal visit to prepare for postpartum 
- Emotional and physical support after childbirth 
- Chestfeeding and/or bottle support 
- Newborn education
- Light tidying and preparing small meals/snacks
- Newborn care (i.e., bottle feeding, diapering, etc.) 
- Community referalls 
- Daytime or night support

night shifts are typically from 10-6 am or 9-5 am 

The postpartum experience can be overlooked, but it is just as sacred and challenging as birth. You are meant to go through this time with loving people by your side to help you with the unexpected changes, emotions, and recovery. I would love to provide that support for you so you can get some much needed rest and care.
