Postpartum Doula
Daytime support starting at: $50 an hour
Night support starting at: $55 an hour
Services Provided:
- Complementary introductory meeting
- Emotional and physical support after childbirth
- Chestfeeding and/or bottle support
- Newborn education
- Meals
- Light tidying
- Newborn care (i.e., bottle feeding, diapering, etc.)
- Community referalls
- Daytime or Night Support
(night shifts are typically from 9-5 am and are a higher price than day shifts)
The postpartum experience can be overlooked, but it is just as sacred and challenging as birth. You are meant to go through this time with loving people by your side to help you with the unexpected changes, emotions, and recovery. I would love to provide that support for you so you can get some much needed rest and care.
