Since I am a new birth doula, I am offering this service pro-bono.
Services Provided:
- Complementary introductory meeting
- 2-3 prenatal visits to get to know each other and help develop your birth plan.
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Continuous labor support
- 1-2 postpartum visits to process your birth experience and help you adjust to your new baby
Birth is a transformative experience. As your birth doula, I’m here to support you every step of the way. From massage techniques to ease discomfort to guidance through different positions, my care is tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and nurtured—so you can focus fully on bringing your baby earthside.
