Full Spectrum Doula
I first discovered my calling as a doula after learning about it during a developmental psychology class. Something about it clicked. I’d already been working as a nanny for years and had always felt at home caring for little ones and supporting families. I dove headfirst into learning everything I could about birth and in the middle of the pandemic, I signed up for a birth doula training.

In addition to becoming a doula, I have worn many hats including, working as an infant teacher, a nanny, and a substitute teacher at Seattle Waldorf School. I am also in the process of becoming a registered nurse. I love working with families in many different capacities!

As someone with an undergraduate degree in psychology, I am passionate about maternal mental health. I have worked with organizations including Perinatal Support Washington and Open Arms Perinatal Services which has deepened my ability to connect with families in meaningful ways.
I believe in approaching families with non-judgment and compassion. You are the expert on yourself and your needs and I am there to lend a helping hand. My goal is to provide a shoulder to lean on as you navigate parenthood.
In my spare time, I make visual art (mostly drawing and ceramics) and take film photos. I also enjoy running and practicing ballet.
I am based in North Seattle and would love to connect!
Warmly,
Savitri Mann
